Our employees are family and like all families we’re all pretty unique.
We know that talent is found in diversity so we’re working to build as an inclusive a team as we can.
This means we’re committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, never discriminating.
We ensure that no employee or job applicant receives less favourable facilities or treatment on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership status, disability, race (which includes colour, nationality or ethnic origin), religion or belief, pregnancy or maternity, or age.
We've grown in size over the last year and are proud that people don’t want to leave us, maintaining a lower than average job attrition rate (20% compared with the national average of 40% for our sector according to the office of national statistics). Must be all the good biscuits and bike rides.
Although we have always paid above minimum wage, we are now an accredited Living Wage UK employer, committed to paying all staff the real Living Wage for the real cost of living.
Our calling is to lead the sports industry in creating positive climate and social impact, through the creation of gear we love and use, that stands the test of time.
We’ve always given back, but we are delighted to announce our participation of the 1% for the Planet collective.
1% for the Planet was founded to prevent greenwashing, certify reputable giving and provide accountability. Representing a global network of businesses, individuals and nonprofit organisations tackling our planet's most pressing environmental issues.
The 1% for the Planet certification is given to businesses and individuals that meet a high-bar commitment and donate at least 1% of annual sales to environmental causes.
We recognise that we cannot change the world alone. But when we all work together, 1% adds up.
