It’s not often you can call an 11 year old inspirational, but then Sophia’s not your average 11 year old. With ambitions to become a Paralympic swimmer, Sophia has spent the past year climbing the O2 arena for charity, tackling zip wires, taking on mud runs and learning to ride her bike again following a below the knee amputation.

Sophia and her family have been supported by friends of Presca, the Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund who support families through the emotional and financial effects of childhood cancer.

With a dream of raise awareness for childhood cancer and amputees, we are proud to showcase Sophia and look forward to sharing more of her amazing achievements and adventures.

We recently invited Sophia to a photoshoot with Presca Ambassador Jake Woods, take a look behind the scenes.
